Starting Off 2017 on the Right Peg-Leg!

"The Road Traveled" by Jennifer Savo

Friday and Saturday, February 24 & 25, 7-10pm

License plates are with us on every road trip, visit to friends and relatives, and quick stop to grab takeout. Whether leading out in front or bringing up the rear, they’re our unassuming companions on the road that are barely given a second thought. Some exclaim to fellow travelers I EM LOST or DUUDE. Some are content with the random assignment of letters and numbers.

U.S. license plates are the palette with which Jennifer Savo creates her art pieces. Jennifer is inspired by the idea that each license plate tells its own story of its travels across this great country. Every bend, bit of rust, and scrape earned in a fender bender reveals its unique adventures, and inspired these art pieces that are as American as the U.S. license plate.

After-Dinner Date Night @ BV

Thank you to all those who let us set the mood for your After-Dinner Valentine's Day date night. From Sharad's henna tattoos, Kevin Bock and Matthew Kurtyka's music, Richelle's beautiful jewelry collection, dessert from Federal Taphouse and everyone who came together on this romantic evening, we certainly made a memorable night.

The crew at Brain Vessel is really looking forward to hosting similar events in the near future, stay tuned!

"Bones" Playing Card Deck

In exciting news, Brain Vessel co-founder Jason Kreiger will be launching a Kickstarter in the coming weeks for his latest card deck "Bones", based on his animal x-ray series. This will be the first in a series of Artist playing cards to be released through Brain Vessel. After months of hard work and impeccable design, the deck is finally coming together. Stay tuned on Facebook for updates on this awesome project!

Federal Tap House - Camp Hill, PA

Brain Vessel is excited to announce that we will be working with the newly renovated and "opening" Federal Tap House Camp Hill (located on the Carlisle Pike, exactly 1 mile from the gallery). Two of Brain Vessels' artists, Michele Taber and Casey Hall will be featured in the restaurant's dining room and bar gallery.

We will be hosting a reception at the restaurant sometime in March 2017 - Be on the lookout for dates and times!

Artistry Salon & Day Spa

Over the past few months, Brain Vessel & Crew had the opportunity to redesign and rebrand the Artistry Salon & Day Spa, located behind the gallery. Custom Wood and Concrete reception desk made by Ryan Maclay and artwork from Michele Taber.

Igneous Rock Garden

The end is finally near, the warm weather is upon us! Thanks to Igneous Rock Gallery, the igneous rock garden is coming "back" to life. Be sure to stop down and take a look at the fountains the next time you're in the area.

Farewell Phill Singer

Out with the old, in with the new. This month marks the end of Phill Singer's "The Pursuit of Knowledge" exhibit in the main gallery. Although his prints will still be for sale in the gallery, his originals will not. His art will be on display in the lower gallery over the coming months!
